🚨 Stadium rules

When planning for the match, keep in mind that the stadium may operate differently for the 2024 UEFA Europa Conference League final.


🪪 Make sure you have an original form of ID on you as you may be asked to present it by a police officer. Accepted IDs include passports, national identity cards and driving licences.

🛂 Additional security checks will be in place in the area surrounding the stadium, with fans subject to body searches.

⚠️ Only the club shirts & colours of Olympiacos & Fiorentina will be allowed in the stadium for the match. You will not be permitted entry if you are wearing the shirt or colours of any another team, such as another club or national teams.

🎒 Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.

🔋You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.

🚭 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium.

🚰 Water bottles are not permitted inside the stadium. Water will be sold at concession stands.

Stadium entry📍

You can only enter through the gate indicated on your ticket. Have a look at the stadium map before setting off to ensure you arrive at the correct side of the stadium and avoid extra walking.

🍺 Beer: Heineken 0.0%. The sale of alcoholic drinks at the stadium is prohibited as per Greek law.

Stadium entry & security ✅

How early should I arrive at the stadium?

Gates will open at 19:00 for a 22:00 kick-off, and we recommend getting to the stadium at least 3 hours before the start of the match.

Once I enter the stadium, can I leave and come back in?

Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in.

If I’m late to the match, can I still enter after kick-off?

You’ll still be able to enter the stadium as long as the security situation allows it. However, you may not be permitted entry if you arrive too late, so start your journey well in advance and allow additional time for security checks.

Can I use any gate at the stadium to get to my seat?

Please only use the gate specified on your ticket. If you arrive at a different gate, you will be turned away and asked to find the one stated on your ticket.

Is there a minimum age to attend the match?

There is no minimum age, but everyone must hold a valid match ticket in order to enter the stadium. Everyone must hold a valid match ticket in order to enter the stadium – no exceptions.

Do underage ticket holders need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, ticket holders under the age of 16 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult MUST have a valid match ticket.

Is there a lost and found service at the stadium in case I lose/find something?

If you lose something, ask a steward for help. If you find something that isn’t yours, bank those karma points and give it to one of the stewards. If you spot something that doesn’t seem right, please report it to the nearest steward immediately.

What if I have a problem/emergency at the stadium? Who can I speak to?

In case of emergency on-site, or if you need emergency assistance with anything, please contact the nearest steward who will be able to help.

What props am I allowed to bring inside?

You can bring banners or flags that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m and flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1cm in diameter.

Stadium facilities 🏟️

Is there anything to do at the stadium for non-ticket holders?

No. If you don’t have a ticket, don’t travel to the stadium. There will be ticket checks in place and you won’t be able to get close to the stadium or any of the facilities in the area.

However, you won’t need a ticket for the Fan Festival in Kotzia Square, which is open for all to enjoy.

Can I smoke inside the stadium? What about e-cigarettes?

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium. Thank you for respecting the No Smoking policy.

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

We highly recommend not bringing a bag with you on matchday. Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed inside the stadium.

Food & drink 🍟

Can I bring my own food, snacks or drinks into the stadium? What if I need to bring specific food or drinks for medical reasons or my medication?

No you're not allowed to bring your own food or drinks, including alcohol, of any kind. If you need to bring in anything for medical reasons, please obtain a medical exemption letter from your doctor in advance and present on entry to the stadium.

What alcohol will be sold at the stadium?

In accordance with local laws, only non-alcoholic beer, Heineken 0.0, will be sold at the stadium.

What language will the menus at the concession stands be available in?

Menus will be available in English.

Fan Shops 🧣

Can I return items I've bought?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, the items are yours to keep! However, if a product you have bought is defective, you can return it to the Fan Shop before it closes as long as you have your original receipt and the tags are still attached to the product(s).
