Welcome to the UEFA Europa Conference League final 2024!
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the AEK Arena in Athens. To complement the finale of the 2023/24 Europa Conference League season, your hospitality package offers the most coveted seats in the house, a range of culinary delights and outstanding service.
This page is here to help make your experience a truly memorable one, so you can soak in all the action on the pitch in comfort and style. You’ll find all the information you need, including your matchday schedule, lounge information and important travel and parking details.
⌚ Matchday schedule
19:00 – Hospitality opens and food & drink service begins
21:30 – Time to take your seats
21:45 – Opening ceremony
22:00 – Kick-off
22:45 – Half-time
From 23:45 – Final whistle. Stay around for the trophy ceremony (after penalties, if needed)
90 minutes after final whistle – Hospitality lounges close

👕 Smart-casual dress code recommended.
🍽️ Enjoy the local delights of Athens and Greece with an extensive buffet.
🛍️ Please leave large bags at home or at your accommodation as bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted in the stadium.
🚭 Kindly note that smoking is not permitted in hospitality spaces or in the stands. Thank you for respecting the No Smoking policy.
🧣 Stock up on official souvenirs at the Fan Shop.
📝 Check the list of prohibited items in the stadium rules so you don’t accidentally bring any items mentioned, such as umbrellas, professional cameras or food and drinks.

🚇 Getting to the stadium
Arrive early
We highly recommend making your way to the stadium early so you can make the most of your hospitality experience. Matchday travel will be busy and you're almost guaranteed to need longer than expected.
🧭 Recommended route from the city centre
1️⃣ Head to Omonia station on Metro lines 1 and 2
2️⃣ Take Metro M1 northbound to Perissós station
3️⃣ Exit the station and walk to the stadium. Follow the directional signage to the gate on your ticket (approximately 1km)
⏱️ Approx. 30 minutes
🧭 Recommended route from Athens International Airport (via city centre)
1️⃣ Take Metro line M3 to Syntagma station
2️⃣ Change to Metro line M2 to Monastiraki
3️⃣ Transfer onto the M1 heading north to Perissós station
4️⃣ Exit the station and walk to the stadium. Follow the directional signage to the gate on your ticket (approximately 1km)
⏱️ Approx. 80 minutes
🧭 Recommended route from Athens International Airport (via suburban rail)
1️⃣ Take suburban train A1 to Neratziotissa station
2️⃣ Transfer to Neratziotissa metro station then take the Metro line 1 southbound to Perissós station
3️⃣ Exit the station and walk to the stadium. Follow the directional signage to the gate on your ticket (approximately 1km)
⏱️ Approx. 80 minutes
⚠️ Public transport will be busy on matchday. Allow additional time when travelling as journeys may take longer.
Please only drive to the stadium if you have been sent a parking pass by your representative. There is no public parking available in or around the stadium with traffic restrictions in place. Please allow sufficient time when driving to stadium as journeys may take considerably longer than expected.
🅿️ Dedicated hospitality parking: P1 stadium parking – Level -1
Remember that extensive traffic restrictions will be in place around the stadium. If you must travel by taxi to and from the stadium, please use the designated taxi pick-up point 1.5km south of the stadium when booking:

🏟️ Matchday information

📍 On arrival
1️⃣ Please approach the stadium via the southwest corner from the junction between Leof. Dekelias and Fokon. There will be signage on route marked “Hospitality” to help you.
❗ You must head directly to the Europa Lounge when you arrive, located in the south building of the stadium by the eagle statue. You will not be able to access the lounge once your ticket has been scanned and you’ve entered the stadium.
🟡 Yellow lounge – Level 2
🟢 Green lounge – Level 0
🟣 Purple lounge – Level 0
Please be aware that the hospitality lounge will close during the match and will reopen on the final whistle.
👋 Wristband collection
You can collect your wristband from the Welcome Desk upon arrival. Please remember to have your mobile ticket ready for inspection.
🪑 Seating
Tables in the lounges are not assigned so you can choose your spot. To watch the match, please use the seat indicated on your match ticket.
🏆Trophy & jersey display
The Europa Conference League trophy will be on display alongside the competing teams’ jerseys until 20:30 in the arrival area of the Europa Lounge – don’t miss your chance to see it up close and grab a photo.
🧥 No cloakroom
Please be aware that no cloakroom service will be in operation, therefore everything you bring you will have to carry with you! Check the weather in advance and please be aware that light jackets can be hung on the back of your chair.

3️⃣ On arrival, you will be greeted by a guest host who will direct you to the lounge on level 1.

🧥 No cloakroom
Please be aware that no cloakroom service will be in operation, therefore everything you bring you will have to carry with you! Check the weather in advance and please be aware that light jackets can be hung on the back of your chair.
