UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship hosts Lithuania will face England, France and Serbia while holders Spain take on the Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany after the final tournament draw was made at Žalgirio Arena, Kaunas.
Hosts Lithuania and the seven round 2 winners were split into two groups of four for the finals. The top two from each group progress to the semi-finals.

Group A: Lithuania (hosts), Serbia, France, England
Group B: Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Spain (holders), Germany
Three venues are set to host matches from 14 to 27 July: Darius and Girenas Stadium in Kaunas, Jonava Stadium in Jonava, and Marijampolé Stadium in Marijampolé
