Top seeds Germany, England and France join the 21 qualifiers in four pots when the UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship elite round draw is streamed live from Nyon at 11.30CET on 19 November.
The top-seeded trio were given byes through September's qualifying round, when holders the Netherlands were among the teams that emerged from a field of 44. Austria, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Northern Ireland, Ukraine and Slovenia are all aiming to reach the finals for the first time.
Elite round draw procedure
There are four seeding pots according to the coefficient ranking list, with the six countries with the highest coefficient in Pot A, the next six in Pot B, and so on. No team can play a side they met in the qualifying round. Each group will comprise one team from each pot, with hosts then appointed to stage the mini-tournaments between 4 and 9 April 2015.
Pot A: Germany, England, France, Spain, Netherlands (holders), Sweden
Pot B: Switzerland, Finland, Russia*, Italy, Denmark, Belgium
Pot C: Norway, Scotland, Portugal, Austria, Iceland, Czech Republic
Pot D: Serbia, Northern Ireland, Ukraine*, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey
Bye to the finals: Israel (hosts)
*Due to a decision of the UEFA Emergency Panel, Russia and Ukraine cannot be drawn in the same group.
The six group winners and the runner-up with the best record against the teams first and third in their pool qualify to join hosts Israel in the finals from 15 to 27 July 2015.
