England's meeting with France on the opening day of the 2013 UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship has been forced to change venue after heavy rain over the weekend.
A week's worth of rain fell in the space of 12 hours in south-west Wales on Saturday and Carmarthen's Richmond Park was left with a waterlogged pitch. Following a pitch inspection on Sunday it was decided to switch the Group A game between England and France to Stebonheath Park, Llanelli. It will kick off at 20.00CET as scheduled.
