Switzerland stormed to the UEFA European Women's Under-17 Championship finals by topping elite round Group 1 by a six-point margin. The Alpine nation now await the final-tournament draw from 13.30CET on Wednesday 29 April at Reykjavik City Hall in Iceland, streamed live on UEFA.com.
• Winners: Switzerland dominated the group with impressive teamwork, their attacking combinations providing 12 of the 16 goals they scored. They never looked back after beating Serbia 8-1 last Saturday, following it with 4-0 successes over hosts Turkey on Monday and Finland today.
• Other performances: Turkey won 2-1 against Finland, who then prevailed by the same scoreline on matchday two versus Serbia. In turn, the Serbian side overcame the hosts 2-0 today to grab second place in a section where three teams finished level on three points apiece. Tijana Filipović netted in all of Serbia's games.
• Key moment: Finland's last-minute goal against Serbia from outside the box came via the left foot of Amanta Rantanen and earned their only victory.
• Star performer: Switzerland captain Camille Surdez ended as top scorer for the elite round of qualification with six goals.

It was our aim to qualify for the European Championship and to win this mini-tournament in Turkey. We believed from start to finish that we could win the group, with a lot of hard work, to qualify for the final tournament.
