Estonia staged the 2023 UEFA European Women's Under-17 Championship final tournamernt from 14 to 26 May. The hosts were joined by the seven teams who progressed from Round 2 of qualifying in March, with the top two from each group progressing to the semi-finals.
It is the first time the Estonian Football Association have staged, or taken part in, a UEFA women's final tournament. Estonia previously hosted the men's 2012 U19 EURO and will stage the 2025 U17 EURO. The 2018 UEFA Super Cup was also played in Tallinn at Lilleküla Stadium, one of four venues for the WU17 EURO finals. Lilleküla Stadium also staged matches at 2012 U19 EURO (including both semis and the final), with the capital's Kadriorg Stadium a venue for group games 11 years ago.
