Group A
A four-goal haul from substitute Jónsdóttir secured Wolfsburg's spot in the quarter-finals.
Alex Popp opened the scoring for the hosts with a stunning strike from distance, but Valentina Giacinti drew Roma level early in the second half.
The hosts regained the lead through Lineth Beerensteyn, before Jónsdóttir came off the bench with 66 minutes gone to score four. The result ends Roma hopes of progressing to the knockout stage.
Eight-time winners Lyon sealed top spot in Group A with an impressive display in Istanbul. Ada Hegerberg took just 19 minutes to nod the visitors in front, with Sara Däbritz adding a powerful second soon afterwards.
A pair of goals from Selma Bacha corners either side of half-time put Lyon further clear, with Jazmin Jackmon turning into her own net and Lyon skipper Wendie Renard heading in emphatically after the break.
Joe Montemurro's side kept their attacking outlook throughout, and both Daniëlle van de Donk and substitute Eugénie Le Sommer found the net in the closing stages.

Group B
The Blues continued their perfect Group B record with a convincing success against Twente. Catarina Macario's superb early volley set the hosts on their way, before Kayleigh van Dooren pulled the visitors level via a coolly taken penalty.
Oriane Jean-François restored Chelsea's advantage shortly afterwards via a deflected strike, and then a Mayra Ramírez lob and Erin Cuthbert's side-footed effort – deflected in by Anna Knol – put the hosts firmly in control.
Half-time substitute Sjoeke Nüsken made an instant impact with a glancing header, leaving Ève Périsset to squeeze in a sixth late on.
Signe Bruun struck twice to increase her group stage tally to five goals as Madrid claimed all three points in Hamilton. Already assured of a quarter-final place, Madrid dominated possession and Bruun opened the scoring on the half-hour mark with an excellent long-range strike.
The Denmark forward added her second with a header midway through the second half, before Alba Redondo nodded in the visitors' third.
Celtic's Saoirse Noonan and Hana Kerner forced late saves from Las Blancas goalkeeper Misa, but the Scottish side's wait for their first points of the campaign continues.
