3 Wendie Renard (defender)
Our captain. A really young player but one with a great deal of experience. In defence nobody can get past her.
5 Saki Kumagai (defender)
Saki is someone who can play in either defence or midfield. She's already a world champion with Japan, a world runner-up and an Olympic runner up – a fantastic record. Technically off the chart.
6 Amandine Henry (midfielder)
Amandine has struggled this season with niggling injuries, but we're all appreciative of her technical abilities and her strength, which are really impressive.
7 Amel Majri (defender)
Amel is something of a revelation. She was recently voted the best player in the league. She has enormous talent, a brilliant left foot, and she can change a game at any time.
8 Lotta Schelin (forward)
She's a really great player and her strengths certainly lie in her passing and her speed.
9 Eugénie Le Sommer (midfielder)
Eugénie continues to show, season after season, that she can play a variety of positions. She's really impressive in her technical ability and she has great control.
10 Louisa Necib (midfielder)
Louisa is a player that everyone knows because of her technical qualities. She also has a really powerful shot, and she's another one who can turn a game in an instant.
12 Élodie Thomis (forward)
Élodie is like Lotta – they both have exceptional physical abilities and are fast. And when you add her crosses, which are getting better and better, and also her finishing, which she has really worked on, she is a real asset for us in this competition.
14 Ada Hegerberg (forward)
Another young player, but already a great player. It's impressive to see just how mature she already is in her play. An exceptional goalscorer.
15 Aurélie Kaci (defender)
Aurélie is a bit of a lucky charm for us. When she left us we weren't able to win the Champions League, but now she is back we hope she will help us do it. A multi-talented player who can play in various positions.
16 Sarah Bouhaddi (goalkeeper)
A goalkeeper with a great deal of experience, who has immeasurable talent and can save us in matches with her brilliance.
17 Corine Petit (defender)
Corine has played less this year, but in terms of mentality she's a really fine example. Every game she is there to support us, and when we've called on her to play she has always been there.
18 Claire Lavogez (midfielder)
A young player who unfortunately has struggled with injuries. But she is a huge talent, as she showed at the [2014] U-20 World Cup.
22 Pauline Bremer (forward)
Pauline is a really young player who only joined us this season and has really moved up a gear in terms of her technical ability. She's very powerful and always gives everything, but tactically and technically she has really improved.
23 Camille Abily (midfielder)
That's a difficult one! Let's see ... Camille Abily is a player with a lot of experience thanks to her age! I try to bring something to the team with my tactical ability and vision of the game. I try at least!
29 Griedge M'Bock Bathy (defender)
Griedge M'Bock is like Wendie's younger sister, if you like. She has a great deal of potential but already an amazing amount of talent. She's really shone this season. By coming to Lyon she's really moved up a level.
30 Méline Gérard (goalkeeper)
Méline has been a revelation. She was injured for the first half of the season but she's come back and managed to do exactly what we wanted of her, so it's great.
