UEFA Women's Champions League hopefuls Olympique Lyonnais have signed Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC defender Amelie Rybeck for the rest of the season.

'Delighted'
The 27-year-old Swedish international provides cover for injured captain Sandrine Dusang and joins compatriots Lotta Schelin and Kim Källström, who plays for the men's team, at the French club. "Lyon have a great women's team and I'm delighted to join them to play in the Champions League," she said. "I hope I can improve here." Lyon meet Italian side ASD Torres Calcio in the quarter-finals on 10 and 17 March next year.
