1. FFC Frankfurt beat Odense BK 2-1 in the second leg of their UEFA Women's Cup quarter-final tie to advance to the semi-finals 5-1 on aggregate.

Large crowd
In front of a large crowd of 5,700, Odense gave themselves hope by taking the lead through Signe Pedersen. However, a headed equaliser from the lively Birgit Prinz ended any hope of a fightback from the Danish side.

Winning penalty
Prinz was also involved in the hosts' winner. She was fouled in the Odense penalty box, the referee pointed to the spot and Renate Lingor scored the penalty after sending Odense goalkeeper Heidi Johansen the wrong way.

Toulouse up next
The German league champions and cup holders will be favourites to advance to the final of the competition at the expense of Toulouse FC, conquerors of Arsenal FC 3-2 on aggregate, after being paired with the French side in the last four. The first leg will be played between 12 and 15 April, with the return fixture taking place a fortnight later.
