• Made senior debut against the United States on 24 January and scored first senior goal in 2-0 win over Austria on 11 February.

• A right-sided midfielder, he was a regular in the Kalmar team that clinched Swedish title for first time in 2008.

• Played alongside elder brothers David and Viktor in Kalmar's title-winning season; Viktor is now at Dutch club SC Heerenveen.
