Armenia jumped back into second spot in Group 3 as two goals either side of the break helped them to victory against Andorra in Yerevan.
It did not take long for the hosts to get the show up and running as just four minutes in Hovhannes Hovhannisyan was on hand to turn in after Artak Edigaryan's shot rebounded from goal. Though without a point from their seven previous games, Andorra showed admirable spirit and battled back to level it 33 minutes in when Adam Smith finished well from the edge of the area.
That goal sparked Armenia and just three minutes later Taron Voskanyan restored the lead, turning in after a brilliant cross from Hovhannes Hambardzumyan. It was one-way traffic after the interval and Edigaryan stretched the lead after dancing past two defenders, before Kamo Hovhannisyan rounded off the scoring with a minute remaining, converting substitute Aghvan Papikyan's cross.
