Montenegro are firmly in the hunt for a place in the 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Denmark following a 2-0 win against Bulgaria, in which Draško Božović set up one goal and scored the other.
Stevan Jovetić tested Bulgaria's Nik Dashev within the first minute, but it was Marko Djurović who opened the scoring midway through the first half, finishing with a low shot after a perfect ball from Božović. Admir Adrović hit a post and had a close-range shot smothered by Dashev before the break, and Bulgaria failed to rally afterwards, though Ivelin Vasilev shot just wide ten minutes from time. FK Mogren midfielder Božović duly applied the finishing touch with a minute to go, chasing down Ivan Fatić's long ball and beating the goalkeeper. Bulgaria's frustration was complete after Vasilev hit the bar three minutes into added time.
