Belarus maintained their five point lead over Serbia at the top of Group 8 after a 1-1 draw in this UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifier.

The result keeps Belarus' destiny in their own hands as they bid to reach the play-offs while Serbia must win their final two games to have any chance of finishing top of the section. After a goalless first half, the home side quickly took the lead after the interval through Sergei Kryvets. However, Zoran Tošić equalised just ten minutes later to give the visitors a vital point.
