The UEFA Hit Squad joined in the 125th anniversary celebrations of the historic Utrecht sports club, USV Hercules, on Sunday as it continues its mission to promote this summer's UEFA European Under-21 Championship in the Netherlands.

Hercules, home of one of the oldest teams in Dutch football, hosted a day of activities to mark the anniversary, climaxing in a match against a Netherlands Old Boys XI. Former Oranje internationals joined in the various activities, which included encouraging supporters to take penalties to win tickets for the U21 finals which run from 10-23 June.
De Boer on hand
Tournament ambassador and former Dutch international Frank de Boer helped kick off the UEFA Hit Squad's activities with a visit to Heerenveen on Friday, the first of 21 scheduled events leading up to the final on 23 June. Arnhem, Groningen and Nijmegen will also host matches during the tournament and will all be visited by the Hit Squad over the next two months.
