Second-half winner
Hungary welcomed a Bulgaria side who only four days earlier lost at home to the Swedes. Roth delighted
Hungary coach Antal Roth said: "It's a great gift for the Hungarian fans after the Easter celebrations because we won against a team that I think are as good as us. It is always great in a team's life when they can prevail against sides of a similar standard. This result will be crucial later on."
Iceland trip
Iceland is Hungary's next destination on 3 June, when Bulgaria face a severe test at home to leaders Croatia, six points clear thanks to five wins from five games.
