France overcome Bosnia

France overcame Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-0 on Saturday to confirm their place in next Thursday's UEFA European Under-21 Championship play-off draw in Prague.

Having already won Group Seven with victory over Spain last month, the match was of little significance to either side, but a goal by Olympique Lyonnais’ Pegguy Luyindula 15 minutes from time nevertheless gave the French a deserved win in Brest in front of 6,000 spectators.
