The UEFA European Under-21 Championship play-off draw at 12:00 CET on Thursday 17 October will set three two-legged ties to be played between 11 and 19 November, deciding the last places in the 2025 finals in Slovakia from 11 to 28 June.
Play-off contenders
Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Georgia, Norway
The nine group winners and the three best runners-up (not counting results against sixth-placed teams) are already through to the final tournament in summer 2025 alongside hosts Slovakia. The other six runners-up meet for the remaining finals berths.
The draw procedure will be confirmed ahead of the ceremony, with no seeding.
