The UEFA European Under-21 Championship play-off draw set three two-legged ties to be played on 15 and 19 November, deciding the last places in the 2025 finals in Slovakia from 11 to 28 June.
Play-off ties
Finland vs Norway
Belgium vs Czechia
Georgia vs Croatia
The nine group winners and the three best runners-up (not counting results against sixth-placed teams) are already through to the final tournament in summer 2025 alongside hosts Slovakia. The other six runners-up meet for the remaining finals berths.
The draw was made without seeding or restriction. The first team drawn was placed as the home team of match pairing 1 and will play the first leg at home. The team drawn second was placed as the home team of match pairing 2 and the same applied with the team drawn third, who was placed as the home team of match pairing 3.
The fourth team drawn completed match pairing 1 as the away team and will therefore play the first leg away. The drawn continued with the fifth team drawn as the away team in match pairing 2 and the sixth as the away team in match pairing 3.
