• Scorer of two goals in Tuesday's 3-1 win against Croatia, Netherlands forward Steven Bergwijn is unsurprisingly full of confidence ahead of the top of the table meeting with England. "I've said from the start that we have a great team," said Bergwijn. "If we do what we can and everyone is at the top of their game, then we might just win the tournament."
• After his side held on to beat France 2-1 in Heidenheim on Tuesday, England coach Aidy Boothroyd is considering a change of tactics against the Netherlands. "I saw them play very, very well in the first half [against Croatia]," said Boothroyd. "We've got to come up with a different game plan now against the Dutch, who I think are a very good team."

Croatia v France (Wald Stadion, Aalen, 19.30CEST)
• Despite that 3-1 defeat by the Netherlands, Croatia's players will "fight for a positive result against France," says forward Ivan Božić. "We respect them, but we will give our best on the field. The most important thing is that we have forgotten the defeat and that the atmosphere in the team remains very good."
• France captain Lucas Tousart has promised improvement against Croatia after Les Petits Bleus went down to England. "We need to rediscover our defensive solidity to go far," said the Lyon midfielder. "That has to be a collective effort. This group has the mental and physical qualities to do better. I'm convinced that we have the quality to bounce back."
