Nile Ranger and Nathan Delfouneso both scored twice as England continued their 100 per cent start to the UEFA European Under-19 Championship Elite round in Bradford, setting up a Group 6 decider against Scotland in Sheffield on Monday.

Late double
Ranger, who scored the second goal in the 2-0 win against Bosnia-Herzegovina in England's first game in the section, gave his side a first-half lead and added another shortly after half-time. Peter Gál-Andrezly replied quickly only for Delfouneso to strike twice in the final three minutes to keep Brian Eastick's side top of the section on goal difference.

Rousing Ranger
England were in the ascendancy from the off, Ranger's header from Daniel Drinkwater's cross being cleared off the line by Tomáš Košut after a quarter of an hour. The hosts struck just before the 30-minute mark as Victor Moses found Ranger and the striker swivelled before finishing. Slovakia's Filip Kiss forced a good save from Jason Steele while Drinkwater was denied by Matej Rondoš before the break.

Moses corners
The home side doubled their lead on 52 minutes when Ranger headed in Moses's corner but Gál-Andrezly struck from the edge of the box to set up a tense finish. Another set-piece eventually ended the visitors' hopes, Delfouneso glancing in Moses's corner, and the Aston Villa FC striker made it 4-1 from Daniel Rose's pass. England and Scotland both have a maximum six points ahead of the final round of matches.
