England will meet France and Spain take on Turkey in Thursday's UEFA European Under-17 Championship semi-finals after the group stage was completed in Liechtenstein.
Spain topped Group A after a 2-0 win eliminated Portugal and will meet Group B runners-up Turkey, who despite losing 2-1 to England, pipped the Czech Republic to second place after their nearest rivals were held 0-0 by Greece. England were already through before Monday's matches but ensured Group B's top spot by beating Turkey. France's 3-1 comeback defeat of Switzerland was enough to ensure the Group A runners-up berth.
John Peacock, the England manager, said: "Three of the four semi-finalists have won this tournament before and we haven't, so we we've really got to set our stall out to break our duck, but first get over the hurdle of France."
The game between England and France will kick off the day at the Rheinpark Stadium in Vaduz at 16.00CET with Spain playing Turkey four hours later. The winners go into the final at 17.30 on Sunday, also in Vaduz, and all the knockout games are shown live by Eurosport.
