Please note, tickets will not be available to purchase onsite.

Don't attempt to buy tickets from the secondary market – you won't be able to enter the stadium without a legitimate ticket.

📲 Mobile tickets

All match tickets will be mobile tickets, which are delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.

Make sure you have the app on your phone in order to download your ticket. When registering in the app, please note that you will need to enter your PESEL if you have a Polish ID document.

If you have multiple tickets, remember to transfer them to your guests in advance of matchday. Our ticketing team will send you all the details by email explaining how to transfer tickets.

 🚨 Stadium rules

When planning your matchday, keep in mind that stadium rules for the 2024 UEFA Super Cup may differ from the usual regulations at the stadium.

🎒 Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.

🔋 You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.

🪪 Make sure you have a valid form of ID on you.

🚭 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium.

🚫 Check out the list of forbidden items. Remember, umbrellas, water bottles and professional cameras are not permitted inside the stadium. You can download the full stadium rules for more information.

 🏟️ At the stadium

You can only enter through the entrance that’s indicated on your ticket. Have a look at the stadium map before setting off to ensure you arrive at the correct side of the stadium and avoid walking longer than you need to.

🥙 Food and drink

You’ll find plenty of concession stands serving a variety of snacks and beverages.

🍔 Food: Local favourite zapiekanka (a warmed open baguette), in addition to stadium snacks like hot dogs and crisps.
🥤 Soft drinks: Enjoy a selection of drinks from our partner Pepsi.
🍺 Alcohol: A range of drinks including Heineken and Heineken 0.0 alcohol-free beer.
💳 Payment: You can pay with debit or credit cards at concessions stands and most accept contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some stands will also accept cash in the local currency, Polish złoty.

There are four Fan Shops at the stadium, located by Gates 2, 3, 10 and 11.

We’ve compiled some answers to the most common matchday questions ahead of your visit to the National Stadium.

✅ Stadium entry and security

How early should I get to the stadium before the match?

Gates will open at 18:00 for a 21:00 kick-off, and we recommend getting to the stadium at least 3 hours before the start of the match.

Once I enter the stadium, can I leave and come back in?

Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you won’t be allowed back in.

If I’m late to the match, can I still enter after kick-off?

You’ll still be allowed to enter the stadium as long as the security situation allows it. However, you may not be permitted entry if you arrive too late, so start your journey well in advance and allow additional time for security checks.

Can I use any entrance at the stadium to get to my seat?

Please only use the entrance specified on your ticket. If you arrive at a different entrance, you will be turned away and asked to find yours.

Is there a minimum age to attend the match?

There is no minimum age to attend the match, but everyone must hold a valid match ticket in order to enter the stadium.

Do underage ticket holders need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, ticket holders under the age of 16 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult MUST have a valid match ticket.

What if I have a problem or emergency at the stadium? Who can I speak to?

In case of emergency on-site, or if you need assistance with anything, please contact the nearest steward who will be able to help.

🙅 Packing and forbidden items

What props am I allowed to bring inside?

You can bring flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1cm in diameter and banners or flags that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m.

Can I bring my own food, snacks or drinks into the stadium? What if I need to bring specific food or drinks for medical reasons or my medication?

No, you’re not allowed to bring your own food or drinks, including alcohol.

📲 Tickets

What if I have a problem with my match ticket? Is there somewhere at the stadium where I can find help?

If you are experiencing issues with the UEFA Mobile Tickets app or your account, visit the Mobile Tickets FAQs or the Super Cup ticket FAQs.

If you’re unable to resolve your issue, head to the Ticketing Centre at the stadium located next to Gate 2. The Ticketing Centre is open:
➡️ Tuesday 13 August between 16:00 – 19:00
➡️ Wednesday 14 August between 16:00 – 21:30

You will be asked to provide valid proof of ID (the same ID provided in the ticketing system and/or UEFA Mobile Tickets app), so make sure you have it on you.

Should I keep all the tickets I bought on my phone, or should I transfer them?

If you have several tickets, we strongly recommend transferring them to others in your group before leaving for Warsaw using the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. It’s simple, quick and will save you time at the stadium.

🏟️ Stadium facilities

Is there anything to do at the stadium for non-ticket holders?

No. If you don’t have a ticket, don’t travel to the stadium. There will be ticket holder checks in place and you won’t be able to get close to the stadium or any of the facilities in the area.

Instead, head over to the Fan Festival at Vistula Boulevards, which is open from 10:00 - 18:00 on matchday. Just keep in mind there will be no screening of the match at the festival.

Can I smoke inside the stadium? What about e-cigarettes?

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium. Thank you for respecting the no smoking policy.

Can I bring large bags into the stadium?

No, bags larger than A4 are not allowed inside the stadium. We highly recommend not bringing a bag with you on matchday.
