Our aim is to make the UEFA Super Cup fully accessible to everyone and create a diverse and inclusive environment to meet the needs of all football fans.

This page will help you plan your matchday.

📲 Mobile tickets

All match tickets will be mobile tickets, so download and transfer them onto your phone via the UEFA Mobile Tickets app before you set off for Warsaw. Our ticketing team will send you all the details by email.

🌍 Travel to Warsaw

🛬 By plane

Make sure you inform your airline in advance and arrange assistance for your journey. Visit the special assistance page on the Warsaw Chopin Airport website for information on airport facilities.

🚄 By train

If you plan to arrive in Warsaw by train, inform your operator of your travel requirements so that they can ensure staff will be available to provide assistance.

🏟️ Travel to the stadium

🚗 By car with pre-booked accessible parking

Accessibility parking passes were available to request during the ticket sale process.

Please only drive to National Stadium on matchday if you have received a UEFA parking pass. There is no public parking available in or around the stadium.

Please enter the stadium perimeter via Gate 1 (shown on the map below). Accessible underground parking is at the stadium on Level -4.

You will find the accessible entrance in the vicinity of the parking area.

Car parking opens at 18:00 and closes one hour after the final whistle.

Matchday traffic will be extremely busy, so we recommend starting your journey to the stadium in good time.

🚉 By public transport

We recommend taking the metro or the train to the stadium if you are a wheelchair user. Stadion Narodowy metro stop and train station Warszawa Stadion are both accessible.

Low mobility spectators not in a wheelchair are advised to take the bus or tram to Rondo Waszyngtona.

🚖 By taxi or rideshare

Road closures and travel disruptions are likely to affect your journey. Please note, there won't be any taxi drop-off or pick-up points at the stadium.

🎫 Tickets

There are two types of accessibility tickets available for the 2024 UEFA Super Cup:

Wheelchair User tickets and Easy Access tickets. All accessibility tickets come with a complimentary companion ticket should you need one.

🏟️ Entrances & security

All stadium entrances will open at 18:00 local time, three hours before kick-off.

Stadium accessible entrance: Gate 1

Gate 1 should be used by all wheelchair users and ticket holders with mobility requirements, including supporters of Atalanta and Real Madrid.

📍 Services at the stadium

🙋 Volunteers

If you need assistance at the stadium, there will be a team on-site wearing blue bibs ready to help with directions and answer any questions.

🗣️ Audio descriptive commentary (ADC)

ADC commentary will be available in Polish, Spanish and Italian in the stadium via the Raydio app.

Please note, there is no Wi-Fi service provided at the stadium but mobile data consumption to use the service is low.

🚾 Toilets

Accessible toilets are available on every level of the stadium around the tribunes, which offer level access to all toilets.

🛗 Lifts

Elevator services operate between the stand and ground level. Signage will be in place to direct you to the lift once entering via Gate 1.

🍔 Concessions

Concession stands have low-level counters.

The National Stadium welcomes guide and assistance dogs on matchday.
