Where will the matches take place?

Nations League finals host cities

The four finals games will take place at two of Italy's most famous venues, the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan and Turin's Juventus Stadium.

Three associations with teams in Group A1 declared an interest in hosting the finals: Italy, Netherlands and Poland. The winner of this group (Italy) was confirmed as finals hosts at the UEFA Executive Committee meeting on Thursday 3 December.

How did the draw work?

The draw decided the two pairings for the semi-finals, with no seeding or restrictions; these fixtures will take place on 6 and 7 October 2021.

The team drawn first was the home team of match pairing A, and the team drawn second the away team of match pairing A. The third team drawn was the home team of match pairing B. Pot 1 was emptied and the draw finished with the fourth team drawn to be the away team of match pairing B.

If the second or fourth team drawn was the host team, the relevant semi-final pairing would be switched around so that the host team was declared the home team. The match pairing which includes the host team was considered to be semi-final 1 on Wednesday 6 October; the other match pairing is semi-final 2 on Thursday 7 October.

The final and the match for third place will be on Sunday 10 October.
