Our aim is to make the UEFA Nations League Finals fully accessible for everyone and create a diverse and inclusive environment to meet the needs of all football fans. Even if you have been to Stadium Feijenoord or FC Twente Stadium, please keep in mind that things may work slightly differently than usual on matchdays.💡

Arriving in the Netherlands 🧳

The Netherlands has a well-established network of transportation from entering the country to getting around; it is convenient, safe and there are many accessible features at major transport hubs. Below you will find useful links on the accessibility services at the key transport hubs in the Netherlands.

By plane ✈️

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS)

This is the most likely point of arrival into the Netherlands if you travel by plane. This airport is well-equipped with accessibility features. The extra assistance at Schiphol Airport and their FAQ web page has all the details on how to request assistance for arrivals, departures and transfers.

Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM)

By train🚆

If you arrive in the Netherlands by train, you’ll find lifts, ramps and barrier-free access at most stations. Getting around Rotterdam ⬇️

Accessible public transport 🚊

Transport in Rotterdam is operated by RET. All Rotterdam stations are well equipped with ramps, lifts and escalators. A number of bus and tram services also have low-level floors and an extendable platform. Bus and tram stops that are wheelchair accessible are marked with the wheelchair icon. Parking in the city 🅿️

There are several parking facilities available for disabled spectators travelling by car. Here you can park with a disabled card for a fee. Further details on the available parking options can be found by visiting the municipality website.

Taxi and rideshare services 🚕

Taxi services in Rotterdam are very safe and reliable. Most drivers speak a good level of English and offer great service. Regular taxis can accommodate a foldable wheelchair, although if you need to reserve a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV), visit the websites of the following taxi companies to find out more information or to make a reservation:

Getting to Stadium Feijenoord 🏟️

Travel info ⚠️

Due to scheduled work on the tram line, we do not recommend taking public transport to the stadium if you are a disabled spectator. The best accessible route to the stadium from the airport or from Rotterdam Centraal is by car or taxi.

Tickets 📱

There are two types of accessibility tickets available for the UEFA Nations League Finals – Wheelchair User tickets and Easy Access tickets. Both come with a complimentary companion ticket, should this be required.

Stadium parking 🅿️

If you have applied for an accessibility ticket and your application is successful, you will be able to add a complimentary parking pass (subject to availability) when you proceed to the payment of the allocated ticket. You will receive an email from UEFA’s ticketing team closer to the match with instructions to print the parking pass.

The accessible parking at Stadium Feijenoord is in P4. There are no height restrictions as it is an open-air parking area. On Rotterdam matchdays, the entrance to the parking will open at 07:00 and will close two hours after final whistle.

If you plan to come by car you can also use the Park and Ride services at Kralingse Zoom. Spots must be booked in advance and then a shuttle bus will drop you off close to the stadium. Have a look at our travel page for the full details.

⚠️Not all shuttle buses from the Park+Ride will be accessible. Check with volunteers and staff on-site who will be happy to assist.

Accessible entrances 📌

Wheelchair users can enter through Gate 25, at the northwest corner of the stadium. Easy access ticket holders can also use other entrances. Have a look at the stadium map below to locate your entrance. All entrances will open at 17:45 CEST for the semi-final and the final.

Taxis 🚕

There will be a designated pick-up and drop-off point close to the stadium. The taxi pick-up and drop-off point and the kiss and ride area is located along the north of Olympiaweg. From this point, it’s about 300m to the wheelchair accessible gate.

Guidance at the stadium 🆘

If you need extra guidance at the stadium, there will be a team of local staff and volunteers on-site to assist with directions. Please see one of our accessibility volunteers at the exit of the accessible parking or after you enter Gate 25, or speak to a steward.

Services at the stadium 😊

ADC 🎧

Audio descriptive commentary will be available in English and Dutch via dedicated headsets provided by the stadium. Fans who would like this service can request a device from one of the accessibility volunteers at the stadium located just after you pass through the gates.

The FM frequencies to connect will be available soon.

Toilets🚾

Stadium Feijenoord has unisex accessible toilets located on the lower level of the stadium along the opposite stand and in the north and south stands. Toilets are clearly signposted and are a short distance (maximum 60m) from the wheelchair platforms.

Lifts🛗

No lifts are required to access the accessible seating areas.

Concessions 🌭

Food and drink stands around the stadium will not have a priority lane or low-level counters and tactile paving, although volunteers will be available nearby should you need assistance.

Stadium Feijenoord Accessibility FAQs 💡

1) Can I bring my guide / assistance dog into the stadium with me?

Yes, it is no problem to bring your guide or assistance dog into the stadium. There are no dog relief stations but fans with a guide or assistance dog will be seated on the aisle, so you can easily exit if needed.

If you are planning to come with your dog, please send an email in advance to the UEFA Ticketing team via the form so we can seat you accordingly.

2) Are all entrances fully accessible?

Not all entrances at Stadium Feijenoord are fully accessible. Please enter through Gate 25 for the quickest route to your seats.

3) What if the route to my stadium entrance is long? Will there be additional services in place for spectators needing assistance to get to their seats?

If you require assistance to get to your seats, please see a volunteer or a steward who will be able to provide a wheelchair and guide you if needed.

4) Are the toilets far from the seating areas?

No, you’ll find accessible toilets within a short distance from all the wheelchair platforms (between 40m – maximum 60m).

Fan Meeting Point accessibility 🥳

Celebrations will be in full swing on matchdays at the Fan Meeting Point outside the stadium. The Fan Meeting Point is a large open space and is located close to the accessible entrance at Gate 25 – only a short distance to your seats. Accessible public transport 🚊

If you are planning to travel around Enschede city centre, it is quite easy to get around. The city centre is walkable, although there are also local buses and trains operating in the city. Bus transport is handled by Twents and buses are equipped with a wheelchair space. Most trains have accessible boarding and alighting points, accessible priority seats and toilets. The NS journey planner shows the accessibility facilities of your station and train.

Parking in the city 🅿️

There are several accessible parking locations around the city centre. Most indoor and outdoor parking lots have accessible places. Have a look at the municipality page for more details.

Taxi and rideshare services 🚕

Taxi travel in Enschede is very safe and reliable. Accessible taxis are available in the city. If you need to reserve a wheelchair-accessible adapted vehicle (WAV), have a look at the websites of the following taxi companies to find out more information or to make a reservation:

Getting to FC Twente Stadium 🏟️

The best way for disabled supporters to get to the stadium is by train:

🚆From Enschede Central station, take the train to Kennispark station.
🕧 The journey time is approximately seven minutes.
📍From there, it’s a short walk to your stadium entrance.

⚠️ We strongly recommend that spectators with tickets for wheelchair user viewing areas arrive early as the accessible seats are in a location that requires the use of a platform lift.

Accessible entrances 📌

Volunteers and stewards will be in the parking and at the accessibility entrances to deal with any potential issues and assist with parking and directions.

There are four accessible entrances at the stadium (D, I, and P) that will open three hours before kick-off. Easy access ticket holders and fans coming from the accessible parking should enter through P. All accessible entrances are equipped with a wide side gate next to the turnstiles.

Team supporters can use entrances D, I or P to access wheelchair seating or entrance P for easy access ticket holders. Have a look at your mobile match ticket for your designated entrance.

Taxis 🚕

If you take a taxi to the stadium, there will be a designated accessibility pick-up and drop-off point close to accessible entrance P. 

There is another pick-up and drop-off point along Lonnekerbrugstraat, close to accessible entrance I. All accessible entrances are located between 60-360m from the drop-off and pick-up points.

There are two gender-neutral accessible toilets available on the ground level. An additional toilet is located in the VIP area. A steward can help point you to the nearest toilet from where you are seated, and all toilets are between 10m – 130m from the wheelchair seating areas.

Lifts🛗

Lifts are available at the stadium and can accommodate at least two wheelchair users and companions. There are also three non-enclosed platform lifts located at each of the wheelchair user platforms.

⚠️ Due to the need to use the platform lifts to get to the accessible seats, we recommend that wheelchair users get to the stadium early.

Concessions 🌭

Food and beverages stands around the stadium have sufficient low-level counters for wheelchair users and are located less than 40m from the accessible seating areas. There are no dedicated priority lanes for disabled fans..

FC Twente Stadium Accessibility FAQs 💡

1) Can I bring my guide / assistance dog into the stadium with me?

Yes, it is no problem to bring your guide or assistance dog into the stadium. There are no dog relief stations but fans with a guide or assistance dog will be seated on the aisle, so you can easily exit if needed.

4) Which stadium entrance should I use?

You should only use the entrance that’s indicated on your ticket to get to your seats in the quickest way. If you are coming from the accessible parking P1 you can enter the stadium through entrance P. You will have to walk around the stadium if your entrance is I or J.

5) Are the toilets far from the seating areas?

No, you’ll find the wheelchair accessible toilets within a short distance of the wheelchair platforms.

Fan Meeting Point accessibility 🥳

The celebrations will be in full swing at Volkspark on both matchdays in Enschede. All seating areas, platforms and facilities on-site are accessible for wheelchairs and accessible toilets will also be in place. To get to Volkspark, we recommend taking a local bus. Bus routes 1, 5, 7 or 62 run from the city Enschede Central station to the Fan Meeting Point and the journey time is approximately 3-5 minutes.

⚠️ Not all shuttle buses running between the Fan Meeting Point and stadium will be accessible but we will have volunteers on-site who will be happy to assist.
