The 2023 UEFA Futsal Champions League finals were a four-team knockout event at Velòdrom Illes Balears in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, involving the four winners of November's elite round mini-tournaments.

The draw was made on 5 April in Palma de Mallorca by Argentina’s FIFA World Cup-winning football coach Lionel Scaloni.

Palma were appointed as hosts by the UEFA Executive Committee on 13 February. Previous host cities since the introduction of the four-team finals have been Murcia (2007), Moscow (2008), Ekaterinburg (2009), Lisbon (2010 and 2015), Almaty (2011, 2017 and 2019), Lleida (2012), Tbilisi (2013), Baku (2014), Guadalajara (2016) and Zaragoza (2018), Barcelona (2020), Zadar (2021, eight-team event) and Riga (2022).

Velòdrom Illes Balears

The 5,200-capacity Velòdrom Illes Balears was the home of Palma Futsal from 2010 to 2014. It opened in 2006 to host the UCI Track Cycling World Championship and has also staged major tennis events featuring local favourite Rafael Nadal.
