The secret to winning against Barcelona? Respect without having fear playing five against four [with Higuita advanced outfield]. Barcelona are the best team in Europe, have the best squad and play in one the best leagues in the world. I have a lot of respect for Barcelona, a team with world and European champions.

Kairat played for their lives knowing that they couldn't fail against Barcelona. We played very well in defence; against Dina [in the semi-finals] it wasn't like that. Today I think we played very well, we played a complete match, and I think this final was a great show.

It's impossible to be happier than this. We won against the almighty Barcelona. Despite our win, they are the best team in the world today and we feel an immense joy now. The key to our win today was the unity of the team. We marked close and helped each other, always correcting somebody's error, and we kept cool to score the goals.

I dedicate this win to my family back in Brazil, to my wife who came here to Lisbon and also, of course, to my colleagues. Without them, none of this would have been possible. I can't do anything alone.

Higuita is one the best goalkeepers in the world and today we scored an important goal in a play that started with an accurate pass from him. Despite their marking, we managed to use our weapon.

This UEFA Futsal Cup for me was sensational because I've won two man of match awards and the title. We always find some space to keep the good things!

Great emotions, of course! The four teams that came here are among the best teams in the world, and nothing was easy. Of course I am very happy and satisfied. Now we just have to soak in the atmosphere, go home, go on holiday, have some rest. That's it, we've done our job.

This time [the joy is greater than in 2013], because when we became champions back then, there were people who said it was just dumb luck. Today we have proved it wasn't. We are a very good team, we believe in one another and we have a fantastic atmosphere within the side. We have shown to all the world that it has nothing to do with just luck.

Of course we knew the ability of Barcelona. They play at a high level, their players are very strong individually, and all of them play for their countries. We were not afraid, but we were respectful. That is why we examined their players and watched so many videos. We believe and we have been targeting these finals for the whole season. That's why we made it.
