Champions path
Conditions of the draw
In accordance with paragraph 13.04 of the Regulations of the UEFA Europa League 2023/24, no teams were seeded.
The ten pairings (all through the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round champions path, indicated for the purposes of this draw as Matches 1 to 10) were divided into one group of six pairings (group 1) and one group of four pairings (group 2).
An open draw was held to determine the pairings.
Draw procedure
One pot was prepared for each group, one containing six pairings and the other four pairings.
Starting with group 1, six balls were placed in one bowl and shuffled.
Two balls were drawn to determine the first pairing. The first ball drawn represented the home team for the first match, and the second the away team.
The same procedure was carried out with the remaining balls to complete all the pairings for group 1.
The same procedure was then repeated to determine the pairings for group 2.

Conditions of the draw
In accordance with paragraph 13.03 of the Regulations of the UEFA Europa League 2023/24, the UEFA administration seeded clubs for the draw based on the stage at which the clubs enter the UEFA Europa League main path, in accordance with the principles set out by the Club Competitions Committee.
The four teams (two that enter the UEFA Europa League directly at this stage and two that enter through the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League league path, indicated for the purposes of this draw as Matches 1 and 2) were divided into two seeded teams (those that qualify directly) and two unseeded teams (those eliminated from the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round league path).
Teams from the same association could not be drawn against each other.
Draw procedure
As explained in the draw conditions above, Olympiacos FC (GRE) and Slavia Praha (CZE) were seeded for this draw, while the pairings of 'KRC Genk (BEL) or Servette FC (SUI)' and 'Panathinaikos FC (GRE) or Dnipro-1 (UKR)' were unseeded.
However, also set out above, clubs from the same association could not be drawn against each other, meaning that Olympiacos FC could not be drawn against the pairing of 'Panathinaikos FC or Dnipro-1'.
The pairings of the teams into the Q3 matches were therefore already known, so a draw took place only to determine the home/away sequence of each tie.
For this, one bowl was prepared with two balls, one containing the name of Olympiacos FC and the other containing the teams from Match 1 (Servette FC or KRC Genk). The balls were shuffled and drawn one after the other, with the ball drawn first indicating the team that will play the first leg match of the third qualifying round at home.
The process was then repeated with two balls, one representing SK Slavia Praha and the other representing the teams from Match 2 (Dnipro-1 or Panathinaikos FC).
