Ferencvárosi TC eased into the UEFA Cup second round after a 1-0 win at Turkish side Kocaelispor secured a 5-0 aggregate success.
Lipscei's repeat trick
Ferencváros captain Péter Lipscei, a scorer in the first leg, ended the hosts' faint hopes of a comeback when he struck again with the only goal of the night in the 31st minute, finishing after a fine pass from the left by Attila Tököli.
One real chance
Kocaelispor's only real chance came on 20 minutes when Zdravko Lazarov hit the post of Lajos Szücs' goal. Bottom of the Turkish Super League, Kocaelispor were second best in midfield and never really looked capable of breaking down the visitors' defence.
