RAA Louviéroise have signed French attacker Mickaël Murcy.
Out of contract
The 23-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the Belgian Cup holders after leaving French side US Créteil when his contract expired. "I have been passionate about football ever since I was small," said Murcy. "I am moving to a team in the highest Belgian division, that is also playing UEFA Cup football. I think I have made a very good choice."
Trial period
La Louvière coach Ariel Jacobs was delighted to complete the signing as he continues to make plans for the UEFA Cup campaign. "We were looking to reinforce in specific positions," he said. "In the attack we did well by signing Murcy. He scored in all three of his trial matches. Now we are looking for a left footed player, who can play on the left wing and in the centre of the defence."
