Selecting your team
Create a team consisting of any five players from the clubs in action on that day. There are no budget limits and you can play any five players irrespective of their position or club.
Fantasy 5 is a day-specific game and you can only select players from clubs that will be playing on that particular day.
At the end of that day, your team will expire. You will then be able to select a new team of five players for the next day's matches.
Selecting a captain
From your five players you can select a captain whose their score will be tripled at the end of each matchday. If your captain does not play at all (even as a sub), you will not receive triple points for another player.
Managing your squad
Unlimited changes can be made to your squad before the deadline of that day.
Deadlines
Choose your team before the closure of a deadline for each day.
Deadlines will be the kick-off time of the first match of the day, although they are subject to change.
Unlimited transfers can be made before the deadline.

Note: In cases where there are two UEFA Europa League matchdays (Wednesday and Thursday), users can create a team for both days. The respective matchday leaderboards will be a combination of points scored on both days. Matchday Prizes will be awarded to the winner of the combined matchday leaderboard. Schedules are subject to alteration.
Scoring system
During the competition, your players will be allocated points based on their performance:
Action | Points |
Playing in a game | 2 |
Playing at least 60 minutes in a match (includes points mentioned above) |
4
Clean sheets
A clean sheet is awarded for not conceding a goal whilst on the pitch and playing at least 60 minutes.
If a player has been substituted before a goal is conceded this will not affect any clean sheet bonus.
Red cards
If a player receives a red card, they will continue to be penalised for goals conceded by their team.
Red card deductions include any points deducted for yellow cards.
Assists
A player will be credited with an assist when they delivers the final pass, cross, header or shot which leads to the goal being scored. This will also apply to set pieces (i.e. corners, free-kicks, throw-ins etc).
In addition, an attempt which rebounds from the goal frame, goalkeeper or defender can be considered an assist, if it leads directly to a goal.
When a pass, shot or cross by an attacker contributes to an own goal, an assist can be awarded to the attacker.
• Only one player can be credited with an assist per goal scored
• No assist is awarded to a player winning a penalty
• No assist is given to a player who creates his own goal scoring opportunity (e.g. solo run/dribble)
Minutes played
Minutes played are calculated based on a full minute having been completed; for example, if a player is substituted in the 60th minute, he is judged to have played 59 minutes.
Other
Extra-time events count but penalty shoot-outs do not.
Public leagues
After creating your squad, you will automatically enter into a number of leagues.
These are:
- The global rank involving all registered players
- A country league for fellow players from your country of residence
- A club league of players who support the same UEFA Europa League club as you
Private leagues
Private leagues are the heart and soul of the game, where you can compete against your friends, family and colleagues. Simply join or create a league and then send out the unique code to allow others to join.
If you are replaying the game from last season you can also restart or rejoin your previous leagues.
There's no limit on the number of teams in a single league but you can only be a part of a maximum of 20 private leagues.
