Qualifiers
PAOK FC, Sevilla FC and SSC Napoli secured the three places on offer on Wednesday night, and were followed into the hat 24 hours later by LOSC Lille Métropole, RSC Anderlecht and Aris Thessaloniki FC, who ousted holders Club Atlético de Madrid with a 2-0 home win against Rosenborg BK.

Draw conditions
The round of 32 draw will be made under the following conditions:

• No team can be drawn against the other qualifier from their group.
• The four UEFA Champions League qualifiers with the best record in their group (Spartak, Braga, Ajax, Twente) are placed in a seeding pot with the UEFA Europa League group winners. The other four (Rubin, Basel, Rangers, Benfica) are placed with the runners-up.

The 16 balls containing slips of paper for 'Winners of match 1' to 'Winners of match 16' will be placed in the large central bowl and shuffled. The first team drawn will play its first match at home against the second team drawn and the same procedure will then be repeated for the other games. There are no restrictions on the draw.
