The UEFA Europa League play-off second leg between AEK Athens FC and Dundee United FC will be played at the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium in Athens.
UEFA, in agreement with both clubs and the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO), today confirmed the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium as the venue for the match, which will kick off at the scheduled time of 20.00CET.
The original venue was deemed unsuitable due to the quality of the playing surface.
Every effort is being taken to make sure that all visiting fans are appropriately informed of the new location for the game. All VIPs and ticketed travelling supporters of Dundee United will be assured of their entry to the match. In order to provide the safest environment possible for the game no AEK Athens fans will be permitted entry.
The first leg of the tie took place on 19 August with AEK Athens winning 1-0 at Dundee United's Tannadice Park.
