Irish club St Patrick Athletic's earned the sole victory on the first night of action in the 2016/17 UEFA Europa League with a 1-0 home success against Jeunesse Esch. The other three first qualifying round matches ended all square, with Budućnost Podgorica grabbing an away goal at Rabotnicki.
