Athletic Club striker Aritz Aduriz is still one goal clear at the top of the UEFA Europa League scoring charts.
Aduriz has struck ten times in the competition this season and, at 35 years and 97 days old when the Basel final is played, could become the oldest top scorer in a single season in UEFA Cup and UEFA Europa League history. He will not add to his tally, though, following Athletic's elimination at the quarter-final stage.
That leaves Villarreal's Cédric Bakambu, who has struck nine goals this term, as his biggest rival for the award. The Congolese international, however, did not register in the Yellow Submarine's semi-final first leg against Liverpool – though he did hit a post in the first half – and remains one off Aduriz.
