The 2015 UEFA Europa League final ticket portal was opened for orders from the international general public between 12.00CET on 26 February and 12.00CET on 25 March.
Each applicant was asked to complete the online application form for a maximum of two tickets and entered the ticket lottery, regardless of the time of their submission within the application period.
Applicants will be informed by email by 10 April as to whether they have been successful or not in the lottery. Also, applicants will be able to check the status of their orders via the 2015 UEFA Europa League final ticket portal. Tickets will be dispatched by registered post no later than the end of April.
Any ticket order not in accordance with the 2015 UEFA Europa League final ticketing terms and conditions will be rejected.
Tickets were available in four price categories
Category 1: €130
Category 2: €90
Category 3: €65
Category 4: €40
Youth Package: €80 (1 adult + 1 child ticket)
Tickets for wheelchair users were also available. A valid proof of disability needed to be provided during the application. Each wheelchair ticket cost €40; a free seat for an accompanying adult could be requested as well.
A shipping fee will be charged for successful ticket orders as follows:
Ticket orders within Poland: €10
Ticket orders outside Poland: €20
Payment for all tickets is by credit card only. If you are a successful applicant your credit card will be charged automatically and no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 25 March (12.00CET).

All ticket holders are bound by the ticketing terms and conditions and UEFA will take action in cases of any breaches. Online applications will be verified with the competent authorities to ensure that anyone banned from attending football matches cannot purchase the tickets.
Sales of tickets for the 2015 UEFA Europa League final for the general public are conducted exclusively on UEFA.com. UEFA urges all football fans to refrain from buying tickets or hospitality packages from unauthorised sellers, agents or websites as such tickets may be counterfeit or invalid and the unaware purchaser may be refused admission to the stadium. Fans attending the final are warned that tickets will be personalised and that security checks at the stadium are planned.
