The 31-year-old forward – who boasts an extensive CV at club and international levels – arrived in Rome on Thursday morning, putting pen to paper on a deal that could be made permanent in the summer. A former FC Porto youth product, Postiga went on to score 36 goals in 114 Portuguese top-flight games over three spells with the Dragons, winning three Liga championships and a UEFA Cup among other trophies. The Portuguese international has also had stints at Tottenham Hotspur FC, AS Saint-Étienne, Panathinaikos FC, Sporting Clube de Portugal and Real Zaragoza.
