FC Dynamo Kyiv have recruited left-back Benoît Trémoulinas on a four-year contract from Ligue 1 club FC Girondins de Bordeaux.
The 27-year-old becomes the UEFA Europa League contenders' fourth new recruit of the season, following Younès Belhanda, Dieumerci Mbokani and Jeremain Lens through the door at the NSK Olimpiyskyi. A league winner with Bordeaux in 2009, Trémoulinas has two French caps to his name.
The full-back impressed coach Oleh Blokhin in last season's round of 32 encounter with his new club, which Bordeaux won 2-1 on aggregate. "I am pleased with our transfer campaign. We signed players that I asked for. It is a great reinforcement for us," said Blokhin. Dynamo will enter the tournament at the play-off stage this term, which is set to take place on 22 and 29 August.
