Tottenham Hotspur FC midfielder Aaron Lennon has extended his stay at the club after agreeing terms on a new contract until 2016.
Lennon, 25, has score 19 goals in 198 top-flight appearances for Spurs since joining from Leeds United FC in 2005. Capped 19 times by England, the tricky winger looks set to be a key member of André Villas-Boas's squad which has been strengthened by the recent signings of Fulham FC duo Moussa Dembélé and Clint Dempsey as well as France No1 Hugo Lloris.
The north London club kick-off their UEFA Europa League Group J campaign at home to S.S. Lazio on 20 September with Panathinaikos FC and NK Mairbor making up the rest of the section.
