PSV Eindhoven have brought in winger Luciano Narsingh from sc Heerenveen for an undisclosed fee, with the 21-year-old signing a five-year deal.
The two-times capped Dutch international, who was an unused squad member at UEFA EURO 2012, said: "PSV are a friendly club. I will settle in here very quickly. I grabbed this opportunity with both hands. First, I want to play for a top club in the Netherlands, and after that possibly go abroad. I want to play for trophies, obviously, but to begin with I want to earn a place in the first team. I am very happy to be a PSV player."
Since making his debut for Heerenveen in the 2008/09 season, Narsingh has scored 13 goals in 62 league matches. However, he has proved to be even more dangerous as a provider, topping the Eredivisie rankings in 2011/12 with 20 assists.
Dick Advocaat's PSV, last season's Dutch Cup winners, start their UEFA Europa League campaign in the play-offs.
