2011 UEFA Europa League final – Dublin Arena – Wednesday 18 May, 19.45GMT (20.45CET)

The first ticket sales phase for the UEFA Europa League final runs from Thursday 16 December to 13 January 2011 – exclusively for applicants living in the Republic of Ireland.

• Application process
The UEFA Europa League final ticket portal is open for orders from the Irish public between 11.00GMT on 16 December and the same time on 13 January. The portal is accessible through UEFA.com and the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) website: www.fai.ie/.

Irish residents can apply for a maximum of two tickets per person (in the same price category) by completing the online application form.

Once the sales window closes, every valid application will enter a ballot, irrespective of time of submission within the application period, to determine which fans are allocated tickets. Any ticket order not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions will be rejected.

Applicants will be informed by email by 26 January as to whether they have been successful or not. Tickets will be delivered by registered post no later than 25 April. Applicants will be able to check the status of their orders via the final ticket portal as of 26 January.

Ticket sales for fans living outside Ireland will run via the same ticket portal between 21 February and 23 March. These international general public tickets are intended for neutral supporters wishing to attend the Dublin final. Allocation will be decided by lottery, as above.

• Price
Tickets come in four price categories – Category 1: €135, Cat 2: €105, Cat 3: €80 and Cat 4: €50. An administrative fee of €15 will be charged per successful ticket order.

Payment for all tickets is by credit card only (MasterCard or Visa). If you are a successful applicant your credit card will be charged automatically and no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 13 January (11.00GMT).

Wheelchair tickets are also available: each wheelchair ticket costs €50 and includes a free seat for an accompanying adult. If you wish to apply for a wheelchair access ticket you should download a wheelchair user application form from www.fai.ie and return it, along with a valid proof of disability:
• By post to: Wheelchair Ticket Application, Europa League Final 2011, Football Association of Ireland, National Sports Complex, Abbottstown, Dublin 15.
• By email to: uelftickets@fai.ie

• Applicants vetted
All applicants are bound by the Ticketing Terms and Conditions. Action will be taken in cases of infringement.

Fans attending the final are warned that tickets will be personalised and that security checks at the stadium are planned.

UEFA underlines that no tickets are being distributed via agencies or brokers. UEFA also encourages supporters not to be lured into deals with touts who not only demand exorbitant prices but often are not in possession of the tickets they purport to have for sale.

• Customer service
