SL Benfica have taken FC Barcelona's recent signing Keirrison on a season-long loan with the option for another year at the Portuguese side.
Fellow signings
The 20-year-old, who signed a five-year contract with the Spanish and European champions last Thursday, started his career at Coritiba FC before moving on to SE Palmeiras in January. He joins fellow Brazilian Patrick as well as Argentinian duo Javier Saviola and José Alberto Shaffer as Benfica's summer arrivals. The club start their UEFA Europa League campaign in the play-off round next month.
