Winger Giuly left the field 64 minutes into Saturday's 1-0 home defeat by Grenoble Foot 38 and subsequent scans have confirmed a tear to a thigh muscle, ruling the 32-year-old out for around three weeks. Makelele, 35, missed the weekend fixture after picking up a knock against AS Saint-Etienne on 21 September. PSG won the first leg 2-1 at Kayserispor, Péguy Luyindula scoring an 89th-minute winner.
