Sporting Clube de Portugal will be without the services of Yannick Djaló for four weeks after the forward injured his right thigh during training.
'Special training'
The blow makes the 21-year-old a doubt for the first leg of Sporting's UEFA Cup Round of 32 tie with FC Basel 1893 in mid-February, though he should be fit for the return a week later. "Djaló will undergo treatment and special training in order to overcome this problem," read a club statement. Djaló has made just nine Liga appearances for Paulo Bento's side this season, the last coming on 11 November against SC Braga.
