Minor operation
The 24-year-old Uruguayan international had surgery yesterday to insert a screw into a fractured bone in his left hand having sustained the injury in Wednesday's 4-1 league defeat at FC Barcelona. The club is now hoping he will be fit in time for next Thursday's home match against Aris, with the Spanish side trailing their Greek rivals 1-0. Zaragoza confirmed yesterday that midfielder Matuzalem might be out for two months with a knee problem while David Generelo is still recovering from a broken bone in his right foot.
