The 26-year-old's initial deal was due to expire in June but the Pamplona side have sealed an extension to keep him in Spain until June 2010. "I am happy that everything is settled," said Delporte, who is recovering from a calf injury. "We have been in negotiations for a long time and I am happy to stay at the club. Now I only have to think about football, recover from this injury and get back on the pitch as soon as possible." The one-time RC Lens trainee has played 63 Primera División games in three seasons at Osasuna.
