Feyenoord defender André Bahia is expected to miss Thursday's UEFA Cup first-round decider against PFC Lokomotiv Sofia after suffering concussion during Sunday's 1-0 home league win against SC Excelsior.
No fracture
The 22-year-old Brazilian was carried off on a stretcher after 32 minutes of the Excelsior game following a nasty collision with team-mate Serginho Greene. Initially it was feared he had fractured his cheekbone but further tests revealed only concussion. André, signed by the Rotterdam club from CR Flamengo in 2004, played the 90 minutes of Feyenoord's 2-2 first-leg draw against Lokomotiv in Bulgaria on 14 September.
