The 27-year-old limped off with eleven minutes remaining of Rennes' 3-1 home reverse, and following a scan he has been ruled out for at least a fortnight. The Cameroon-born player, who featured in both legs of the first-round victory over Spain's CA Osasuna, is therefore a major doubt for the opening matchday of the UEFA Cup group stage on 20 October.
