Deal until 2008
The versatile Pranjic has agreed a three-year contract with the Dutch club, who qualified for the UEFA Cup by virtue of a fifth-place finish in the Eredivisie. Pranjic played in the European competition for Dinamo last season, even scoring in a 2-2 group stage draw with Heerenveen last December. The former NK Osijek player has been capped twice by his country.
Beccia boost
Heerenveen have also acquired the services of Italian defender Alessandro Beccia from Bassano Virtus 55. The 19-year-old arrives on a one-year deal with the option of a further two seasons in the Netherlands.
